For over 40 years in corporate change, I’ve witnessed firsthand how deeply emotions shape our thoughts, behaviours, and actions. Driven to understand this further, I pursued a master’s degree exploring emotional intelligence and when I discovered coaching, everything clicked. I realised this was where I belonged: helping others overcome challenges to achieve their goals, both professionally and personally.

In my work, I often use the iceberg as a metaphor. Above the surface is the version of ‘us’ the world sees: our actions, smiles, and daily stride. Beneath lies the real story: the untapped potential we carry, too often restrained by self-doubt.

Through my own journey of growth, I’ve learned how to turn these hidden barriers into strengths. Now, as a certified coach and Positive Intelligence (PQ) practitioner (deepening my understanding of mental resilience), I guide others to do the same by:

How do we navigate what is often not visible”?

My coaching style is like a trusted walk together - warm, relaxed, and deeply supportive. Clients describe our sessions as a safe space to explore challenges, gain fresh perspectives, and raise self-awareness with clarity and care.

I blend attentive listening with thoughtful challenge, meeting you where you are while gently uncovering what lies beneath, whether it’s limiting beliefs, inner critics, or hidden assumptions. Using stories and imagery, I help illuminate new paths forward, so you can navigate any barriers and step into your strengths with confidence.

    Positive Intelligence (PQ) is a science-based approach to mental fitness that helps individuals and teams build resilience, improve performance, and achieve greater wellbeing. The PQ Program guides you through practical exercises and daily practices to strengthen your mind, reduce self-sabotage, and unlock your full potential.

This approach is designed to be integrated into everyday life and coaching, supporting lasting positive change.

Positive Intelligence ❊

  • This is a casual, no-pressure chat to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and how coaching works. You’ll ask questions, and I’ll explain my approach. We’ll then decide if we want to move forward (or I might refer you elsewhere if needed).

  • 2. Intake Session

    This is where we’ll take a deeper dive to uncover the real story behind your goals. We’ll explore your values, blockers, and what success looks like for you. I often invite you to complete some simple, yet insightful exercises that help raise awareness around what’s truly important (e.g., Thought Sheet, PQ Saboteur Assessment®). From this we’ll be able to tailor the right coaching programme for you.

  • These are typically 60 minute sessions, initially on a weekly basis in order to build momentum. But we can always adapt the frequency to suit you. By adopting a number of coaching techniques, I will help you get from where you are, to where you want to be, whilst equipping you with transformational tools that you can take away to apply to all areas of your life.

  • At the end of the agreed programme, we have 2 main options:

    Option 1: Completion:

    During the final session we’ll review growth, lessons, and tools for ongoing success. At this point you may choose to "graduate" or alternatively, transition to ad-hoc check-ins.

    Option 2: Renewal:

    You will shift focus (e.g., from your career to relationships) identifying new, long-term goals that you wish to target. We’ll review the initial agreement, adjusting things as appropriate, such as duration or frequency, for example.

    Bonus: Maintenance (Optional)

    Often, my clients like to keep in touch with quarterly "tune-up" sessions or accountability check-ins. It’s just a nice way of maintaining momentum and receiving a boost
